We protect your debit and ATM cards from fraudulent activity with the Falcon Fraud Alert service. See details below on how this service works and what to do when you travel.

HOW IT WORKS

The Falcon Fraud Alert Service monitors all debit and credit card transactions that you perform. Transactions made outside of the area where you typically make transactions are flagged by Falcon. Falcon then deactivates your cards until you confirm that it was you who made the transactions, and that there is no fraudulent activity occurring. Falcon will never ask for your card or PIN number.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I TRAVEL?

Call us and tell us you want to place a travel alert on your debit, credit, or ATM cards if you're planning a trip outside of the area that you currently live in.

DEBIT CARD

During working hours, call: 1-800-983-7328

Or in Santa Fe, call: (505) 983-7328

CREDIT CARD

Call anytime: 1-855-510-4595

We’ll need a few details of your trip, including dates you'll be gone and your destination(s). This way, when you use your debit or ATM cards during the trip, Falcon will know this is legitimate activity.
