Lost or Stolen Card

If you believe your State Employees Credit Union card has been lost or stolen, notify your local branch immediately.

ATM/Debit Card

If you believe your ATM/debit card is lost or stolen, please call 800-754-4128 and follow the instructions given.

Credit Card

If you believe your MasterCard® credit card is lost or stolen, please call 1-800-442-4757 and follow the instructions given. You may also use this number for all general credit card questions and inquiries.
